141. Navigating Through Excuses and Towards Fitness with Paul Hearding

Over 7.9 billion people in the planet and yet only a handful can claim to be successful.

While others dare argue that those who do succeed are the “lucky few”, we believe that those who reach their dreams are the few who put in the work and made their own luck.

We believe these few are the ones who left nothing to chance, made no excuses, and just pushed through!

It’s hard to fathom the idea of making your own luck when you’ve yet to experience it for yourself. But your own experiences aren’t the only teachers you can learn from.

Get ready for some serious education with Paul Hearding.

By profession, Paul is an educator. He and his wife own a tutoring business where they do hands-on work of tutoring their own students.

Besides his career, Paul is also kept busy by his weight lifting and fitness endeavors, taking part in different challenges including the Kaged Muscle Challenge, where he personally got to train with Kris.

He wasn’t always the fit and healthy person that he is today. Being an educator, his work can easily become a 12-hr job especially during school days. Adding to a busy work day, Paul lives in a community where the nearest grocery store is a 2-hr drive (to and from), and meal preparation has never been easy.

Paul isn’t exactly living in an environment that others would consider as highly-conducive for a fitness lifestyle.

None the less, it was through hard work and dedication that Paul can enjoy having an amazing physique today!

He wanted a healthy body and so he worked for it. He made NO excuses!

Paul shares that the secret to his success is creating life-long commitments. Transformation after transformation, you build a lasting positive habits that keep you in shape no matter the circumstances.

How exactly did Paul circumvent his circumstances? How does he fit time for workout into a schedule of 8 hours sleep, 12 hours of work, and still manage to perform other responsibilities? Why is 8 hours of sleep irreplaceable in his schedule?
