Dr. Sara Zeidan is currently a practicing general dentist in the Bay Area and the founder/CEO of DrHuddle. She received her BS degree in Microbiology from San Francisco State university, and after being introduced to dentistry, Dr. Z fell in love with the medicine and artistry aspects of the profession. She went on to achieve her DDS degree from NYU Dental School. Following dental school, and before moving back to the Bay Area, Dr. Z worked in Illinois for a couple years. After moving back to the Bay Area in the end of 2018, she fell in love with the tech startup spirit all around the Bay. So, along with two talented software engineers, Dr. Z has founded DrHuddle.com, a free online platform that facilitates dental referrals between general dentists and specialists. Through DrHuddle, the mission is to add an important software upgrade into the dental field, as dentists can get rid of paper referrals and non-HIPAA complaint emails.
