Cross country returns to NSW with the XC Short Course held over 5km in Dapto. Rorey Hunter won the men’s race while Paige Campbell took line honours in the women’s race.

Women’s Review NSW Athletics. 

Athletics SA 10K/5K road championships held in Victoria Park featured Adrian Potter of Adelaide Harriers taking out the 10K in 29:20 over Matt Clarke and Isaac Heyne, while Izzy Batt-Doyle continued her good form winning in 32:38 over Jess Stenson and Tara Palm.

Listener question of the week asks with regards to Mo Farah’s one hour record attempt and how far the boys could run in that time, then Moose is on the Loose when tensions are high and space is precious on the Anglesea trails.
