It's been hot in The Weight Room. Let's face it BellBabies, we are in the dog days of summer, but the Bells got ya covered. Their guest this week is great guy and story teller, Jake Jabbour (THE MEAT podcast) They start the show by talking about Lebanese food among other things. Then Jake proceeds to tell one of the all time great stories - it's harrowing. The ending is not necessarily happy but Jake learned from it and it did inspire him to write a book, in some ways.
