145 - Innovation starts with the right foundations; Raj Kurup, Equinix

Listen Later

Raj Kurup is the Digital Strategy Lead for Healthcare, Equinix Asia-Pacific. Raj drives innovation for Equinix’s clients by identifying creative solutions to complex and multifaceted business challenges, harnessing the combined strengths of people, technology and partner ecosystems. In this capacity, he also builds awareness through market engagement activities to bring appreciation to the role of digital infrastructure in transforming healthcare and life sciences organisations.
Equinix is a global digital infrastructure company connecting healthcare companies and other industries across this cloud-first world. It was founded in 1998 as a multi-tenanted data centre where networks could come together and securely connect and exchange information as the internet started scaling globally.
In this episode, Pete and Raj discuss what it means to get your digital infrastructure right. They also cover the potential opportunities it opens up for collaboration and innovation within the broader healthcare ecosystem and lots more.
In this episode, we learn just how important a good foundational infrastructure is to scaling and innovation. Raj Kurp also shares details on leveraging partnerships within an ecosystem and how that same ecosystem supports security and privacy.
