After experiencing burnout in my first million $ year, one of the areas I’ve completely transformed is the intentionality that I bring to my life and business. It was a huge wake up call to realise I had little understanding of what was needle-moving and what wasn’t, what things I enjoyed and what I didn’t. Most importantly, I had no idea what my priorities were, which left me high and dry in the business. 

In this episode, I take you through what it means to be intentional and ways you can do this, as well as three main areas I am incredibly intentional about in my business. Understanding this aspect has not only led to the spaciousness I experience today, but has given me more predictable and solid monthly recurring revenue, too.
