In this episode we're building on last week's tips on motivation by speaking with accomplished business owner, community advocate and athlete, Gabrielle Baumeyer.
Gabrielle and I cover many leadership development topics such how to help those you lead (including your kids) become leaders themselves, how to view your life as an opportunity to make positive change and why moms need to stop "shoulding on themselves."
But the focus of our conversation and the many inspirational stories she shares center on the what she calls the "golden nugget" for taking on challenges and adopting positive new habits in your life.
Stick around to the end for key takeaways that you can start implementing in your lives today.
