Tansy shares her pivotal moment when she received divine guidance during a morning run, leading her to explore energy work, spiritual healing, and crystal therapy. She emphasizes the importance of balancing our physical, mental, and energetic well-being to support the multifaceted beings that we are. She reflects on her own journey of stepping into her authenticity, reclaiming her roots, and becoming an energetic nutrition and holistic health practitioner.

 

Tansy sheds light on the challenges of embracing authenticity and provides so many valuable insights. She highlights the significance of knowing yourself, identifying past conditioning and belief systems, and acknowledging the impact of past wounds and traumas on our responses and behaviors.
