My guest this week is someone with a really interesting background. She was Director of Operations for McDonald’s and today she helps people to burn off fast food calories. I told you this would be different!

It was my pleasure to interview Alex Keck who was a client at our Victorville, CA location of Lead The Way Fitness. She went through an incredible transformation by working with our Dream Team of Coaches.

Alex got lean, strong and more healthy with intense focus. She had, and still has, the eye of the tiger! After going through her transformation, she decided to step into her next challenge in life - becoming a Coach.

Now Alex is a Coach at that same location and is changing lives daily with her superpowers of high energy, motivation, empathy and connection. I’m super excited for you to her our discussion on today’s podcast.
