Today I sit down Evette Hess, founder of Makeup Cartel Brands - which consists of 4 brands, PONi Cosmetics, Lip Heroes, Sun Skills and the most well-known of course being Esmi Skin Minerals. Evette's career started in beauty therapy and through her time working in beauty therapy and cosmetic therapy, she saw a gaps in the market which led to her building her own brands to fill those gaps.
