Lewis Eccleston just finished 7th in the M18 AG in Kona, and has twice won his AG at IMUK -  in 2017 he won it by 50 minutes! This season he's won Slateman, and in the run up to Kona he had a great confidence boost when he edged the win in a titanic battle with recent interviewee Brian Fogarty at the Sundowner. He works hard as a full time builder, and trains hard in his spare time - and in this interview, we find out how he went from a total beginner to IMUK AG winner in 6 years.
