Your frustrations have intelligence. Your irritations are trying to tell you about what you want and what you don’t fucking want anymore. 

We shame ourselves for being irritated like we’re supposed to be "above” or “beyond” the truth of the body’s information. 

Where there is frustration, there’s a desire underneath that’s being shamed.

We begin October 22 through Scorpio season.
