What a treat! This week in The Weight Room the 'Bells welcome the great Amy Ruffle (FANTASY FLIX LEAGUE PODCAST) Amy comes to the show in great shape. She tells Euge and Stanger about growing up in Australia and excelling in competitive diving from a young age. She had an active family and an attempt to help her dad get healthy led to the first of a couple of scary bouts with eating disorders. After hard work and finding the RIGHT help Amy came out the on other side with a healthy approach to diet and exercise. It takes a lot of maintenance for her to maintain this lifestyle and she gives some great advice to anybody who might be dealing with similar issues.
