In this weeks episode we are talking about the legal rights and responsibilities that schools have when it comes to the safety and security of the children who attend those schools. Although we start the discussion talking about school shootings, we also bring up cases that are much more common to what happens in schools on a daily basis. 

The point of the discussion is to show how we can make schools safer and more secure by having a better understanding of HOW and WHEN to apply the legal authority that all schools currently possess.
