In today’s episode, I’m sharing a little life update and a workout experience that pushed me in a totally new way.
First things first… yes, I got new hair 💁♀️
And with new hair comes experimenting with new hairstyles, figuring out what actually works for workouts, mom life, and everything in between. It’s funny how something as simple as a haircut can make you feel refreshed… and slightly unsure of how to style yourself all over again.
From there, I’m diving into my experience trying a Lagree class for the very first time.
I talk about:
I really enjoyed trying something new. I love challenging my body, staying curious, and stepping outside my comfort zone when it comes to movement. That part was a big win for me.
But I also get honest about the reality…the Lagree membership I looked into was a few hundred dollars per month, and while it was a great experience, it didn’t make sense for my life or goals right now.
That’s where I naturally tie it back to Glow Membership.
