On a messy wild journey to “heal” ALL her trauma by the age of 40, she stumbled (pun intended) into a conscious sober lifestyle and into her deeper purpose to teach people nervous system regulation.

She was confident from much lived experience, in treatment centers and inpatient facilities, that no single approach to healing and living a conscious lifestyle would work for her, so why would it work for anyone else?

Today, she guides people to heal past traumas to feel more freedom, pleasure & purpose while creating healthy thriving relationships.
