• Dilemma #1 - "How do you distinguish your autistic traits from your ADHD traits and what was your diagnosis journey like? An autism assessment is so expensive, is it worth it?"

• Dilemma #2 - "I have AuDHD and I’m struggling so much in my workplace, I haven’t told my boss about my neurodivergence but I’m wondering if there is anything that I can do to help to make my workplace easier for me?"

• Dilemma #3 - "I love my friends, but I feel guilty for missing Friday night drinks or resentful when I force myself to go. By the end of the work week, my social battery is drained, but my friends think I'm avoiding them. Why do I feel weird about enjoying a quiet night in more th out?"
