What a crazy statement to make and probably the craziest I have ever said!  But it's a fact.  In 2014 I was diagnosed with Meniere's disease and in 2022 with autoimmune thyroiditis (Hashimoto's disease), but both of these have forced me to choose healthy and intentional living.  Nordic living and the Nordic habits have been my saving grace and helped me cope with two difficult diseases.
