In this episode, I'm sharing the story behind Refill, a wellness event that has been on my heart for a long time.
As women, we spend so much of our lives pouring into everyone else. Our families, our work, our responsibilities, our communities. Eventually, many of us find ourselves running on empty.
That's why I created Refill.
Refill is a day designed to help you reconnect with yourself, prioritize your well-being, and remember what it feels like to be cared for too.
In this episode, I'm sharing:
• What it means to truly refill your cup
• The importance of making space for yourself without guilt
• What you can expect if you'll be joining us in Sarasota on June 26
• How movement, mindfulness, and connection can transform the way you feel
