In this week's discussion, I have the pleasure of hosting the incredible Kama Gean, a mother of 2, a full-time mindset coach, and the co-founder of The EFT Tapping Method for Coaches. Kama's journey from overcoming personal adversity and PTSD to becoming a beacon of resilience shapes her unique coaching philosophy, and she's here to share her wisdom and insights with you.

 

We all go through periods in our lives that are so challenging.  We go through big life events and I really wanted Kama to share how to embrace the change, redefine our identities, and become more resilient. She doesn’t disappoint!

 

Kama shares her own journey dealing with adversity.  So many of us can relate to her story.   Despite the difficulties, she emerged from this ordeal stronger and more determined to create a better life for herself and her children. Kama's personal growth journey led her to the transformative power of Tapping (EFT), a technique she now passionately teaches to coaches and individuals.  I am one of her students.

In our conversation, Kama shares how her deep dive into the dynamics of self-worth, value, and abundance changed her life and career. The concept of embracing transitions and facing change head-on is central to Kama's approach. She emphasizes the importance of acknowledging the "ugly" aspects of life and learning from challenges, turning them into opportunities for growth.

 

Navigating identity shifts, particularly for women, can be a daunting task. Kama delves into the importance of setting healthy boundaries, allowing us to connect with our authentic selves and nurture our well-being.
