Breathwork is a powerful tool that can give us access to our subconscious and help us regulate our emotions in difficult parenting situations. By using simple breathing techniques, we can downregulate ourselves and invite our children to co-regulate with us, ultimately leading to a more harmonious and healthy relationship.
