Brad gets his Dargonflys in the mail and another solid week of training under his belt.
At the Victorian 5000m Championships, Ellie Pashley commanded the race from start to finish running 16:03.75 solo on a humid night. It was a thriller in the Men’s race, with Queenslander Tim Vincent breaking from Tom Thorpe and Michael Roeger from South Australia to take out line honours in 14:07.03.
ACT Champs features Keeley Small taking out the 800m over Catriona Bisset and Britney Kaan.
Callum Davies takes out the QLD 3000m Championships
Oli Hoare breaks the Indoor 1500m National Record in 3:32.35 at the New Balance Grand Prix, New York.
Charlie Hunter breaks his own Indoor Mile record just two weeks after his last one,this time 3:53.4, then goes on to seta Indoor 800m National Record of 1:45.59.
Morgan McDonald at the New Balance Grand Prix sets the Australian Record for the Indoor 2 Mile in 8:14.92
Beatrice Chepkoech sets road 5K World Record of 14:43 in windy conditions in Monaco while Joshua Cheptegei defends his title.
Gudaf Tsegay from Ethiopia sets a new Indoor 1500m World Record in Lieven, France.

Listener Question of the week asks how to go about managing logistics for nutrition when you’re not an elite marathoner and Moose goes into the additions to the vinyl collection.
