Today’s topic FIRES me up because there are some very confused people out there in Corporate America telling women that in order to be more compelling, they need to be LOUD.  Um – what?! This is beyond untrue – in fact, focusing on being loud dilutes your natural presence and power as a speaker.  In today’s episode, I’m walking you through how to build a badass presence when you speak up in that meeting room WITHOUT having to speak in a weird, fake, loud, artificial voice.  If anyone ever tells you that you need to be louder – throw that person out the window.  Just kidding – don’t do that.  Just come back and listen to this episode (and maybe share it with them, too – to help set them straight 😉)
