Today’s guest is a multi-time world champion and won the IBJJF Worlds three consecutive years in a row. Pati Fontes joins us to discuss how her determination to just train jiu-jitsu when she wasn’t allowed, eventually led to her championships, the struggles she had to overcome being one of only two women in her academy, and how she never let self-doubt get in the way of her goals.
