It's time for some good old fashioned comedy/fitness talk with ya boys Euge and Stanger and this time they brought a hilarious buddy of theirs to share in the fun. Ahmed Bharoocha (DREAM CORP LLC, GOLDEN ARM) is the guest this episode - he's a super funny dude and actor and a comedian! He tells the guys all about growing up in Santa Barbra then Rhode Island then back to Santa Barbra and how he fell in love with hockey by way of his father - the biggest Kings fan there is. Ahmed got away from fitness and sports for awhile but found his way back through hockey and it's that sport that may lead him to working out even more.
