OK BellBabies, we're in this together. Euge and Stanger are practicing social distancing and recording these coming episodes remotely. This is the first one and it was also broadcast on Instagram Live. Its a little bit of mess as the Bells are still figuring out the nuts and bolts. But they give a few nutrition tips, a little fitness advice and some sanity guidelines for folks to keep in mind in the weeks to come.
