When you feel and sound confident in meetings, it sets the stage for your entire career to take off.  I know that when you experience a lot of meeting anxiety & worry, it can be hard to imagine having a powerful voice in those rooms.  But I want to assure you that no matter what your starting point is – there is a path to feeling bold and confident when you speak up in meetings.  The key is to sequence your growth thoughtfully and strategically, so that you don’t unintentionally set yourself up for self-sabotage.  If you’re ready to do this – today’s episode will give you a powerful roadmap to help guide you towards the confident voice that you desire.  This is the framework I’ve used for myself and that I use when guiding my clients – and I’m guessing it’ll help you, too.  I hope you enjoy it!
