Dr Lucy interviews another inspiring guest Sharyn Streitberg. Sharyn is an Aussie living in Switzerland.  As a busy wife, mother and nurse, she was always caring for other people. Her own health care was at the bottom of a very large pile. Unfortunately Sharyn developed type 2 diabetes and despite medications she also suffered renal complications. She felt dreadful, tired, worn out and fed up.  Fast forward 7 months and Sharyn’s renal function is now normal, her diabetes is under control but most importantly she feels well. She has energy, she never thought she would have. Her future now looks bright and her secret?...Changing her food, managing her stress and focussing on progress, not perfection.
