In today's episode I share my 'go-to' reset strategy for overwhelm, anxiety, distress, panic, flashbacks and any thoughts and feelings that make you feel like you're in the middle of an emotional storm. It's a grounding strategy that you can put into practice anywhere, anytime, and one that helps you acknowledge where you're at, get out of your head and then re-engage in doing what matters in the moment. This strategy can be brief or you can extend it to lengthen the practice - all depending on what you need in the moment.
