Aaron and Brady discuss DNFs, racing in spikes and accumulating big mileage for the roads as well as the development program with Athletics England all the while giving his observations on the domestic scene and what it means to wear an England vest compared to a Great Britain one.
Aaron gives an overview on the landscape of UK distance running, how athletes go about picking their races and how the administrations go about picking their athletes and being a relatable elite athlete and how to improve media coverage before touching on running in his youth, cross country culture in Britain his favourite workouts and what excites him about the future.
