On my IG page, I posted a few polls on boundary setting, asking "who do you struggle to set boundaries with the most?" - after a few polls, the results came in. Most of you voted saying that you struggle the most to set boundaries with your parents.

I posted another story requesting any questions on the topic of boundaries with parents, and decided to do a *new* Q&A style episode.

As mentioned in the episode, I am not offering one-on-one advice on my page or on the show. I am simply sharing my personal experience with the topics I can relate to. There's no one size fits all in these scenarios.
