In THIS episode... we're talking about a "short-term" email sequence that you use to deliver your premium offer from your opt-in. (ie. an e-book, a check list, a report, a white paper or a mini-course.)
This is a series of emails that you send in the days immediately following them opting into your list.
You bring more value by pointing them to specific strategies or tactics and showing them ways they can use what you sent them. (So it doesn't go into a folder only to become forgotten... or get buried in a cavernous in-box!)
This helps to increase the perceived value of your premium... but it also can help to create connection and trust with YOU... the sender! And THAT is what you want... right?
So... don't just send the gift and HOPE they dig in.
Send a "short-term" sequence... that increases the chances they'll understand HOW to use it... WHY it's helpful... HOW it's worked for others... and WHY you can be a trusted source.
And that... my friend... will also increase the chances of starting a great relationship with the newest addition to your list!
