What's a Simmer Pot, and How Do You Make One?

Citrus Ginger Tonic

Ingredients

4 cups hot water

1 orange

1 lemon

2 cinnamon sticks

7 cloves

1 teaspoon chopped ginger

1 teaspoon honey

Add water, sliced orange, cinnamon sticks, cloves and ginger to pot and boil for 5 minutes. Squeeze lemon and add honey to your cup. Pour strained water into cup (there will be extra so you can add more or serve a second cup).
