Jacob Egbert, MD, is a physician who specializes in physical medicine and rehabilitation. He has a wealth of life experience, formerly having been a devout member of the Church of Latter Day Saints, father of six children, and a verified beast academically and physically (he can do a strict ring muscle-up with a 70 lb kettlebell held between his feet). He previously owned a Crossfit gym and is well-versed in various modalities of health optimization, including cold immersion, sauna and red light therapy, and jiu jitsu. He is also currently working on some projects related to mindset and meditation for the conscious man and father.
