Secure attachment is not about being perfect -
In this final episode of our attachment series, we talk about what it looks like to live and love from a place of emotional security. Secure individuals are able to communicate clearly, handle conflict without panic, and remain present even when relationships feel uncomfortable.
We will explore how secure attachment shows up in marriage, parenting, and leadership — and why people who feel emotionally safe create environments where others can thrive.
If you’ve ever wondered whether attachment style can change, the answer is yes. Through healing relationships, self-awareness, emotional regulation, and consistent corrective experiences, many people move toward what is called earned secure attachment.
Attachment explains behavior — but it does not excuse it.
Growth toward security looks like slower reactions, clearer communication, and the ability to stay connected even in discomfort.
There is hope. Security can be learned and is ultimately anchored in Christ!
As always, we would love to hear from you! If you need any additional information about our 2 day Marriage Reboots, Coaching, Speaking Events, or Resource click here.
