Today is our follow up conversation with Arcadia Cognerati Advisory Board member and previous guest Clark Dever. Clark is an entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in emerging technology and he is an expert at building products, teams, and successful businesses.
We brought Clark back on the show to discuss how he optimizes the performance of people, and therefore companies, through a better understanding of human performance and human behavior. During the discussion we get into a number of topics including the breakdown of the historical “social contract” that companies used to have with employees, the idea of constantly training your replacement, and how to foster an environment that allows people to take risks.
