How often do you find yourself comparing your life to someone else's life? You compare your beauty to their beauty, their career success to yours, their relationship to yours (or lack of).Right now, we are living in a time where it's the easiest it has ever been to compare our lives to someone else's. All we have to do is pick up our phones, scroll on Instagram and boom you instantly see 'perfection'.
But we can not blame social media, we must take responsibility for our actions and HOW we use social media. Because comparison, jealousy and envy have been a part of human existence for much longer than Instagram!
