Hey, what’s up, and welcome back to the It’s Fucking Spiritual podcast! Today, I’m going to open this up with a bit of honesty. You know I’m an open book and with that it means I share with you the good, the great, the tough, hard and of course the truth. Honest to god, I did not want to record this episode today but I knew I had to.
