2006 World Indoor 60mh champ Derval O'Rourke tells us all about the new crop of athletes that we can now support.

1983 World 5000m Champion Eamonn Coughlan takes us on a history lesson and gives us lots of homework.

And lastly 400m sensation Rhasidat Adeleke joins us all the way from Texas to tell us about her upcoming season.
