We discuss how he got into property and found these properties from Out Of Town Landlord. He set up Rent to Rent (R2R) agreements, or as Ashley calls them Rent 2 Relationship deals, with the landlords with the option to buy them.

 

Ashley shares how he created so much equity, how he added value and the challenges he faced as well as his Top Three Tips.
