Today we are joined by our friend and former guest on the show, Steve Drum. We asked Steve to come back on the show to talk about his new book called “Life On The X: A Navy SEAL’s Guide to Meeting Any Challenge with Courage, Confidence, and Readiness.”

During the episode Steve shares a few stories from his time in the SEAL Teams and being “on the x” but what he is really talking about is how all of us experience “life on the x” to some degree.
