Today I’m chatting with Ant Williams, a two-time ice diving world record holder & performance psychologist who harnessed his mindset to push through fear and break a world record at 53. 

His story has been featured in Apple’s immersive documentary Ice Dive - filmed on the Vision Pro, with 180 degree video and spatial audio that literally puts you under the ice with him. It’s one of the most intense and beautiful things I’ve ever seen.
