#228: Eric Coulombe - From Childhood Struggles To Career Freedom at 25
Eric Coulombe has career and time freedom at age 25, and he’s only been involved in real estate in the Sudbury market for a few years. Losing his dad at age 10 was a big loss and shock, and this affected him for many years. His job involved industrial work but looked around at his older fellow coworkers who were always complaining about the job, and how much it took away from their lives. Eric didn’t want that for himself, so dove into real estate investing through podcasts. He wanted time freedom, and after a successful first investment property, he’s scaled his portfolio using creative financing and he’s now flipping, wholesaling, BRRRR-ing and has added property management services, as cash flow is not always the long term answer.
If you are looking at ways to diversify your real estate journey, DO NOT MISS this episode!
