This week’s podcast episode is my fieriest one yet.

Here’s why: corporate america is sometimes really bad at helping women develop a stronger executive presence, and to be honest - the old-school philosophies that many companies have when it comes to women and executive presence makes me mad.

So often, women are guided to hide their authentic selves and police the sounds of their voices in ways that are massively unhelpful and disempowering.
