Theresa shares her story of recovery as a life long dancer whose disordered journey with food started from a young age.

She talks about lacking a true sense of self because of her history and how after 3 weeks with Ashley she recovered from 10 years of hypothalamic amenorrhea... well ok then!!

But it's not always a smooth journey. She lost cycle again after "going back" to old ways, hoping that recovery "would just stick" which is a really common downfall... but she was able to resolve everything again after more learning.
