Different people have different responses and experiences regarding the holidays, and whatever is going on for you, I hope you are finding space to enjoy the essence of the season.

Today I’ll be talking about what the essence of Christmas means from the perspective of Trauma. 

We’ll explore how Jesus himself experienced various forms of trauma and how he overcame them, providing hope and understanding for those of us who have faced childhood trauma.

If you’ve experienced physical, verbal, social, emotional, sexual abuse or trauma, we’ll look at the fact that Jesus knows exactly what you are going through and why his birth, life, death and resurrection offer everything you need to move from trauma to triumph.
