One is the MOBILIZE-project focused on developing, testing and implementing individualized exercise and self-management for people with more than one chronic condition and funded by the European Research Council: https://www.mobilize-project.dk/
The other is the Exercise First-program aimed at developing, testing and implementing tailored physical activity-based interventions, including e-based interventions that support appropriate, patient-regulated health behavior in patients with or at risk of chronic diseases.
