Your anxiety is often tied to fear of something happening in the future that you can't control.

You worry, get distracted, and miss out on what's in front of you because you're scared something will happen that you're not prepared for. The mom stress takes over, the overwhelm sets in, and before you know it you're in a negative spiral of self-doubt that causes some REALLY anxious motherhood.

Turning to God is the best place to start to heal your anxiety naturally because He's so good at having your back.
