Appeal to authority is a logical fallacy of saying a claim is true just because an authority or experts made it - insisting the claim is true without any other supporting evidence offered.

There are many logical fallacies that authorities, experts, and even parents have employed over and over again. Today we learn how to avoid and notice if someone is using this towards you, or if you are using it towards others.
