Box Hill Men’s Premier Division took the win over Bendigo Region and St Stephens Harriers at the XCR Sandown Road Relays. Glenhuntly Women Premier Division took another victory over South Melbourne with Athletics Essendon

Jessica Hull sets a new Australian Mile Record, running 4:19.89 in Portland, USA with Hull now holding seven national records both outdoors (1500, mile, 3000m & 5000m) and indoors (1500m, mile & 3000m).
